Q: Does pee seep through the pad on to the floor? if not, whats the purpose of the drainage holes?

I use them on my cement porch. I have 4 pads. I put down puppy peed pads first, then went to the 99 cent store and got a piece of rubber type carpet and put the lawn pads over that so i have a square. Nothing seems through. I spray with a deodorizer every other day. I love them, they are great.

Q: Can I cut the size I like?

Yes, the grass can be cut. You can cut it according to the size you want.

Q: does the spray attract wild critters to pee on pad?

There is no spray. This was a bad investment for me. Snow covers it. They pee everywhere but on the pad.

Q: Would this work outside for a spacific grass area to save your lawn?

It works outside on our deck for the dog's use, but it would look very much like fake grass if you were to use it in your lawn, however it would stay green to match your lawn.
