I saw mixed reviews and I was Leary. However, after using it it’s a great machine. I used really fine slag and it did great on the iron gates I had. For the money if it’s a small project then it’s good

I'm having problems getting it to siphone the media other then intermittent light bursts with no affect. Pressure is set at 75.

Loaded it up with 25 lbs of 70 grit aluminum oxide and set the air compressor to 60 psi (manual said 50-90 psi was its range) and spent 15 minutes blasting paint and rust off a car door frame. Was able to remove almost all of the additional coats of paint and rust, but did not remove the factory base coat (1968 Chevrolet). It was also unable to remove a 1970's era oil change tag that had been painted over. Over all I would not go this route to remove paint again. I will try paint remover on the other door as it cost $40 for the media for just one door.

First off, I read the other reviews and said "let's try it anyway". This thing arrived with a broken plastic bottom, just like others said. The hose can be fixed by cutting the permanently bent end by cutting it, but why should I fix a brand new item. Don't buy it, save your cash and time.

Did exactly what we needed. Blasted some rust off a big piece of equipment. No way you're going to use it running a sandblasting business, but for the odd job, the price makes it perfect. We have a commercial sandblasting company right NEXT DOOR. Still worth buying this to use once. Not that we can't use it again, but the one time we used it, it paid for itself. Highly recommend.

I can’t figure out why they have sheerness down for rating but I still gave it a five because this is a really spectacular small sand blaster. I’ve used to do a small tractor a couple of garden tractors, then distressed some wood, and a whole bunch of little restoration projects. It’s never failed to do a great job

This works as it should but uses more air than most home compressors have. If you have a $3000 professional compressor or better this should work just fine. I bought it to blast a PWC trailer and my $500 Kobalt 26 gallon compressor can only run it for about 5-10 seconds at 60-90 PSI. After that initial time it drops and barely spits out the sand. Even at the full 90 PSI it barely removes loose paint but won't even come close to getting surface rust off.

I was hesitant reading other reviews but very glad now that I purchased this little sandblaster. I dumped some glass bead media into the plastic container, hooked to my compressor without any pressure regulation and just blasted away. Completed several little projects like stripping my entire Jeep hardtop roof paint fairly quickly. Your limitations will be your shop air supply and not this great little sand blaster. What a great addition to my shop tools.

works great pick up hose was bent from packaging at base of unite, other than that I would recommend this product to anyone.
