Got this for my boss (he wanted to watch movies from his phone onto his tv but didn't have a smart tv) because he is a bit technologically challenged. Hooked it to his phone and after applying some settings on his Android, worked like a charm!

We have Motto, Pixel 3 and iphone at home...I didn't read the product description at first so i was disappointed when it didn't work with motto but it worked great with our pixel and iPhone. It was almost plug and play, had to change the some settings on my phone, like checking that HDMI setting were on. There were not instructions on the bag, but we have used this before so we knew what to do. It may be our tv too.

We have a cabin by a lake and like to watch TV when the weather gets bad. Usually we use our hotspot, but, it uses it up so fast while streaming. So we wanted something that we could easily watch TV from our phone without using the hotspot. So easy! I plugged it into the HDMI in the TV and to my phone and it worked first time! Great picture and sound!!

I purchased a small projector for home movie viewing and needed to be able to connect my MacBook to the projector. This is perfect - no USB to adapter... I love the straight USB-C / HDMI connection. The cord is a great length for me, too. Works perfectly!

Didn't work. At all. Tried with several different phones/devices and several different TV's and the cable wasn't recognized and/or would show up then disappear over and over. Unfortunately had to return.

Exactly what we needed after struggling to find the right connection for our school chromebook.

It's just what I have been looking for to hook up my phone to my tv.
