I'm glad that I've purchased this item because now there's none available and people have been asking me what I use to train my abdominal. This equipment makes abdominal exercise more easier in time plus there's 11 exercise you can do as shown in the instructions but I've discovered 12.

This is really good helps you to do sit ups but you still get the benefit!

product arrived in good time, appears to be pretty sturdy, so far so good.

Product arrived within 3 days. Completely assembled and easy to use. I have never been able to do pressups before now I am managing 25 at a time. Only had few days so not noticed any difference yet. The negatives - bonus DVD not very good was expecting workout but just quickly shows you exercises that are on the instructions. I am also unable to use straps as I cant see how you secure them to the machine. Looking at diagram on box you wrap velcro end round machine - one tug and they come off. Also after 2 days one of the arms is making terrible creaking noise, I would expect this after weeks of use but not 2 days. I have tried WD40 but not made any difference looks like I will be sending back just hope seller covers cost of return postage.

I love this as it supports my back and hips tobdo exercises I could not attempt to do with my bad back before !
