Seem to block blue Light
I used the video How to Test Blue Light Glasses. They did pretty well on the test. Will be asking the company if they block 100% between 400 and 550 nanometers in a spectra test. I was specifically looking for some that could fit over my RX glasses and they definitely did. At this point I would purchase again.

They seem to help but....
They got badly scratched very quickly, and then the end broke off - so I'm not going to get more. I did think it helped with reading in bed or watching television, but should not have gotten so scratchy (just on my bedside stand) so fast.

you need to cut out blue light at night!
I had to get the ones that go over glasses. Kind of tight on my small head. Hurts on nose had to glue pad. I have fibromyagia so everything hurts. Yes I think they work and less eye stain , but can distort vision got to wear them just right.

Orange Glasses
Not sure about this. I didn’t find it helpful on aid with sleep bit o guess it’s good since it dial as googles. It’s lightweight. It fits and provide good coverage around the eyes.

Not Just for Sleep, It Seems
These are a little tight on my head, and I can tell that I'd get fatigued from wearing them for too long. They're also not rated for safety glasses despite being made of similar impact-resistant acrylic; nor are they rated for being sunglasses, even though they do a decent job to clear up the view in both sunny and overcast situations. Those are my only complaints. If you're around a lot of computer screens or UV light sources--even outside in the sun--these will help out a lot for just that. IDK if I got any better sleep as a result of them, but my sleep patterns go from regular to weird, so I doubt I'd be a good measure for their effectiveness, anyway. I can say that they work so far for the off-label purposes I mentioned.
