SALAV STM-402 Multi-Surface Steam Mop with LED Lights, Triangular Mop Head with 2 Machine Washable Microfiber Mop Pads (Blue)

So I have been using this steam mop for just about a month and so far I am really enjoying it. I have a tile dining room floor and 2 bathrooms that get a lot of traffic from my roommates and their guest which leads to my floors needing constant cleaning. It's so much easier to to fill this steam mop with water and start mopping without having to worry about a dirty bacteria filled mop and bucket. Even my roommates don't mind taking a few minutes to clean the bathroom floor when their guest leave dirt tracks everywhere after they come home from hiking, anyone with kids or roommates (who usually act like kids) know that making it easy for them help with cleaning is always a plus.Although it does come with a carpet add on I have yet had the chance to try it. From what I have been told by my friend who recommended this mop, it doesn't completely remove the stain instead helps lift and loosen stains making them easy to remove. Not everything is perfect with the mop though, one thing being the constant cleaning of the reusable mop pads. This is just a personal complaint since it may just be that I get my floors dirtier than most people, so I would suggest buying an extra pair of mop pads.Pros:Cleans floors faster than a regular mop.Don't have to worry about spilling a bucket full of dirty water.Multiple steam settings, even though I usually just use the High setting.Reusable mop pads. No need to constantly buy disposable replacements.Cool design with a bright LED light in the tip of the steam mop.Steam is known to kill bacteria and sanitize better than a regular mop.Cons:Was not aware that you need to have the handle at a 45 degree angle for it to steam, I thought it was defective for a few minutes but it was just on standby mode. That's what I get for not reading instructions I guess.Although mop pads are washable they seem to get dirty pretty easily.Will need to buy extra pairs of mop pads if you don't want to clean mop pads often. This is a personal issue since I get my floors dirty constantly and my steam mop gets a lot of use, you might not have this issue.

Had my mop for about a year and broke. The mop heads stopped sticking after a few months. I kept the mop and kept trying to get it to work. It now turns on a shuts off on its own after a few minutes. Very disappointing.

I don't think I ever would have bought this myself or even thought to. I received it as a gift from my sister and was the best gift ever! I was amazed at ease of use and maneuverability! My floors have never looked better!!! Told a friend about it because I was so impressed. They purchased it and same response their floors have never looked better!!! Absolutely recommend this product.

Deep cleaning.

I’ve had this for almost a month now and I absolutely love it! It’s made mopping so much easier and cuts through anything in its path. The steamer helped me lift tough grime that’s been stuck in the corners of my house since I moved in-and lord knows I’ve scrubbed and scrubbed at them in the past. It’s very easy to use. The light on the front is very useful!

Even after cleaning my floor on high dirt remains. Does an ok job for light mopping but not deep cleaning. The cord is too short and I must move it several times to do one area.

I purchased this steamer based on a friend's recommendation and use it weekly since January of this year! Unfortunately, it broke down recently :( . I am able to get a FREE replace via SALAV since it is still under the one year warranty!

Performance

It’s a good steam mop to clean the carpets and hardwoods floorings. The tank is big enough you just have to fill in water once every time.
