Good quality, well made, cut exactly to fit
A good quality blind. The chain is robust, the fabric of a decent weight, the end fittings are decently heavy enamelled steel. It arrived promptly, and was cut exactly to size. You specify the size of the gap into which you will install it by the way. As they make clear, the blind fabric is a couple of cm narrower. It is fairly stiff in operation in a good way - it feels solid, not like the very cheap ones you find with plastic chains. Its true that it has no instructions, but its pretty simple to figure out. One of the end fittings has a projecting lip. This goes into the fitting with the chain attached to it. The other end fitting has a socket, and the spring loaded end piece fits into that. The top tube or roller is steel, and you have to fit the two rotating end bits into it. They are plastic with fins and its not all that easy to get them into the tube. I protected the blind with a tea towel and gently knocked them in with a hammer, resting the other end on the floor, also on a tea towel. Once you get them in they are not going anywhere. They supply exactly the dimension you specify, and be careful here if you are installing into a recess. Make sure you specify a width that will allow you to mount the sprung end side about 5mm away from the side wall. This is because the blind does not slot down into open slots, rather you put the end with the chain onto its metal holder. Then you have to press in the sprung fitting at the other end, and get it to snap into a hole in the metal fitting. But once this is done, the only way to get it out again is by going behind the holder and pushing in the spring loaded spindle. So you need to make sure you've enough space to do this.I did not. My fitting is flush with the wall, because that is how I specified the width. So I got a metal spreader with a flexible blade, put the spring loaded piece on it, then moved them up together until I could slide the sprung end over the metal end piece, and manoevre it till it clicked into place. It was rather a tight fit, and a bit awkward sliding out the blade. It would have been quite a bit easier if I had given myself an extra 5mm on the width, so I would recommend doing that if you are fitting into a recess. But this flush fit led to the following problem. If you fit it like this, then once its in, that's it, there is no way to get it out again. Because you can't get behind the spring loaded end to push it in and release it. Once the blind is in, if it sticks rolled up, you won't either be able to get at the screws to unscrew the metal fittings. So make sure the chain is positioned correctly and make sure it runs freely before you mount it. I got the chain positioned wrong the first time, and the sizing meant the fit was very exact, but was rescued by the fact that I had attached the whole thing to a piece of wood that was only wedged in place, so it was possible to pry it out. If the whole thing had been screwed in before the blind was inserted it would have been an impossible situation. If you specify for enough room that the rotating end metal piece is not exactly flush with the wall, so there is enough space to get behind it and free the sprung fitting by pushing it in, this won't happen. Some blinds come with slots that you can slide the end fittings into, and if the supplier reads this, that would be an improvement as it would allow the blind to be removed easily for cleaning or adjustment. I hate to think what we will go through if we ever have to take this one out again.Still and all, its a quality item, good value, and recommended. I would certainly buy from them again.

Good value for a 240cm blind!
Very good value for money, I went for the 240cm one (which is hard to find online). Really easy to install, no more than 10 minutes tops. Feels well made, and is actually blackout. Stops light coming in and doesn't let light through, just around the edges which isn't the blinds fault. Love the colour as well, hope it lasts, if not, I would buy another again as I'm a happy customer

Amazing
At first, I saw I thought it was way too big for the window due to I ordered the 180-cm width one but after installation, it looks amazing and is durable. Very practical and completely blacks out the room keeping it cool for these hot days.Love it, I will definitely order more for the rest of the windows in the house.

I'm very pleased with this blind
Good quality blind with decent thickness of fabric which totally blocks out light and has a noticeable thermal effect. The blind was trimmed to exactly the width I requested and fits the inner recess of my window perfectly. The tube, wall brackets, weight and chain are all metal so will hopefully last for years. The seller (Furnished) was very helpful when I had a query and replied quickly. The only problem I had with this blind was that the end fittings (which are plastic) were almost impossible to insert into the metal tube because they were such a tight fit. In the end I had to risk breaking them by using a hammer (along a piece of wood so that I didn't strike the fittings themselves with the hammer). This isn't ideal, and although I managed to force them in eventually, they're now so tightly wedged I doubt I'll be able to remove them if they ever need replacing.4.5/5
