I was glad to find this product because it is nice to have these on hand when needed and they’re not easy to find. They do taste really good. My only complaint is that the pkg is soooo small! The bag we see looks big because there is no comparison next to it which feels kind of deceptive after it’s received. And, one reviewer who purchased the same size bag made a comment about how big the bag is. Really? You can see by the picture that it is by no means big in any capacity. Lol. My suggestion would be to be upfront about the size so that people are not feeling like they’ve been duped. I’ve never bought dried shallots so this may be a wonderful deal for the size but no surprises please. 🙂

I like adding shallots when I’m cooking. These provide a great flavor. I have been adding them to olive oil at least an hour before I add them to my sauces and meals. Perfect for my needs.

I love having these things in the pantry where I can just pull them out and throw them into almost anything. They're very tasty and I like them a lot. I recommend them to everyone

I use these shallots a lot -in soups , stews , vegetables , eggs and many other dishes including salads. They are a great addition for flavour.
