This combo was esencial when bouncing back from losing so much hair during covid recovery. I think the shampoo and conditioner combo work great. I've been using this combo for about 4 years. My husband uses it on and off and he digs it too. I need to say you need to use it for a while before noticing a differnce.- maybe a bottle's worth. I've usually buy mine on the Grande website where they constantly have deals and discounts. i think I've bought it off of amazon during a n amazon deal. Grande offers discounts to military/veterans, first responders, doctors, students and teachers, year round. You need to scroll all the way down to the bottom of their website to find "ID.me". They have other great products as well but I'm loyal to this shampoo and conditioner combo. Sometimes i don't realize how great it is till i try something new. i keep going back to this combo. I have naturally dark brown straight hair but i maintain a balayage bleached look . so it's very much processed! Yet, this stuff keeps my hair in good shape. the only time I use something different is when I use my purple shampoo and conditioner.

I truly must say someone recommended this product I bought it tried it out and must say I’m completely satisfied and highly recommend forward to others .. I know it may not work the same for others because every person or final results may not be the same but for me it was amazing

My sister and I both use this. I feel like I have seen better retention in my hair- like fewer hair falls out in the shower and during brushing. My sister has seen more wave and volume. Very soft and smells great.

I am an esthetician and I do love their products. I have been using this shampoo for at least one year. I make the foam and leave it as a mask for about 5 min, or until I finish my shower routine. Then I rinse. It does increase the density. Also I feel like it maintains my scalp healthy as I don't have any itching or dandruff.

I purchased this product after watching a Shereene Idriss video. I've never spent more than $10 on shampoo in my life, so I was hesitant to spend on this item, but now I can never go back! I have very fine hair and not a huge amount of it, so styling my hair or even just wearing it as-is has always been a sore spot. However, this shampoo gives my hair so much body, and makes it feel much, much healthier. I even get compliments on how my hair looks after using this shampoo - truly a first for me! The initial price tag may seem steep, but a little goes a long way, too. I wash my hair 2-3 times a week and am only just using up the last 20% of the bottle in month 3/4 since purchase. Highly, highly recommend this product for anyone with fine hair looking to add some body and volume to what they got!

I tried this as directed, but the feel of my hair after I had used it was as though particles were left as a residue throughout. It took a few shampoos before I felt my hair had a silky feel during the conditioning product I used. I was looking for a different result.

Nothing special. Shelf brands are just as good and cost less. I have very fine, thin hair. Need body and texture to fill it in. This makes hair way too smooth for advertising it is for fine, thin hair. Just didn't get what I was expecting from its description. Also, there is a 3rd step that they say is needed. It is a serum. No where did I see the serum advertised with the shampoo and conditioner.

Its just been 2 weeks since I brought this shampoo and I have tried it couple of times. I definitely see less hair fall. Really happy with this shampoo.

I like this shampoo and I did want the conditioner, you advertise the together in the wording but the conditioner is unavailable.
