I only use a regular gas stove (500 degrees) so I dont have a fancy pizza oven- but you'd never know by tasting my pizza!

Best Flour for Pizza crust and bread
Best flour yet. I've tried several italian flours for taste and texture in my sourdough bread. The original version of Caputo won over king further hands down. Poselli was better than KA as well. But this one- Manitoba Oro- has the best taste and crumb yet. So soft, great chew and flaky crust. Our pizza crusts have been the most elastic, bake up bubbly with just right crisp and softness inside. Great for bread
I use this for bread making and it’s just perfect. My sandwich loaves are soft and my sourdough loaves rise beautifully. I don’t worry about chemically treated flour or gastrointestinal distress from glycogen. Yes, it’s expensive, but less so than medical unpleasantness.

WOW, REAL UNPOISONED FLOUR
First time trying homemade goods not made with flour from pesticide/herbicide soaked, genetically modified wheat grown in the USA. What a difference... The texture and crispness is fantastic, lighter colored and more airy final product, can eat all day without feeling bloated or sick
