What does 24/22 and 22/20 in one same hole mean? Can we shift the size or what?

24/22 & 22/20 refer to the wire gauge that can be striped within that hole/notch on the stripper. With some wire strippers, you can "flip" them over and strip different wire gauges on the same hole/notch.

Would this be good for stripping the wire for a ceiling fan?
