Ever since I’ve started taking these, I haven’t gotten sick. I believe it really has helped my immune system. This would be my 5th purchase! If I had to knit pick at something it would be that it temporarily causes you to belch which has a sort of off putting taste 5-10min after you take them, but it goes away shortly after.
