I like this phone Cass.Pro's: completely encases the phone. Shock proof. Almost like the life proof cases of the iPhone 5 era.Attractive, looks really good.The only actual con is the finger print pad. If you are somebody that has to fidget with your phone constantly taking it out of the case for what ever reason, don't do that with this case. Inevitably you will get dust on that finger pad and I've found it impossible to clean off. I've tried every method posed on YouTube and the internet. Nothing works to get it clean and responsive once dust get onto the inside surface. Ive resorted to registering the same finger multiple times for finger print scan and this sort of works.Anyway, I like this case so much I've just received my new one. Remember the only Con - finger print pad. DO NOT GET DUST OR ANYTHING ON THAT INSIDE SURFACE.

The media could not be loaded. I've had this case for about a year and a half now and it has protected my phone from so much! Most recently my puppy got ahold of my phone when I left it unattended outside for a few minutes. She's a big girl (german shepherd/husky mix) and while she did put a hole in the screen protector and some divets in the back of the case, my phone is in perfect shape! The case definitely did it's job. I've even dropped my phone face down in a screw from a baby gate and thanks to this case my phone only has a few dead pixels in a tiny spot on the screen as opposed to be totally shattered and destroyed like it would've been with other cases (or no case at all). I'm super clumsy and drop my phone constantly. I also have a toddler who like to throw it and has occasionally stuck it in her mouth, but thanks to this case, you'd think my phone is still brand new even 1.5 years later.I'm sharing pictures and a video of the case after my puppy got ahold of it to show just how durable this thing is. There's minimal damage and as stated above, my phone has no damage at all!

I like the case itself. I feel that will actual protect my phone. However, the reason why I bought it was so I could use a finger to get into my locked screen but this protect will not allow for that. I also am unable to pull out my note pen to write if I need to because the protective case has it covered.

The media could not be loaded. I love the transparency of the case. The style of the phone still visible. This is my 3rd purchase due to the fingerprint area stop working because the front screen protection area got scratched up. Fingerprint area in the front screen would be best left cut out, then it would be perfect, it is plastic and once it gets a scratched it stops working and the case is done but i love this case, just dont get a scratch on the fingerprint section.

I don't write a lot of reviews. When I do, I've generally had the product for a minimum of two months. I have had this case for three months. I LOVE it!! It came, as stated, in the description. I had no problems with the case, it looked beautiful and performed beautifully. I had no issues with the fingerprint reader. I did not have to recalibrate the phone, nor did I have to redo my fingerprints. I have dropped this phone from a three foot height, MULTIPLE times, onto a concrete floor, and the case distributed the impact so well, no scratches or cracks!! I understand some people have had a bad experience. I hope that they got it worked out either on their own or that they got it resolved with the seller. I definitely recommend this case. Good luck!!

I have the note 20 plus in the bronze color and I think it looks great. Extra thickness on the edges are perfect. I thought about giving 4 stars due to the finger print is hard to read. But upon more investigation, I realized that it is a phone issue NOT the case. I love the spot they have for the finger print. You can barely see it and you cannot feel it at all. But with this phones finger print issues, I'm so glad they put the spot in. The price is amazing when comparing to other cases with a front cover. Definitely 5 stars.
