Smooth and decadent dark chocolate.
Received as a gift, but I knew I needed more. Bought from this seller and I am pleased at the condition I received them. They were not melted, they arrived in a silver package with an ice pack. Would definite use this seller again.

Only 4.9 oz per pack.
The product says 14.8 ounces per pack. The picture shows 4.9 ounces per pack. It also says 29.6 total oz. So you're only getting 9.8 ounces total. You're only getting ripped for 19.8 oz. Nice quality control. What did I expect, after all anything you order on Amazon is hit and miss. Good luck shoppers.

Arrived melted even in the winter
The melted chocolates have a bad texture, weird smell and taste, and arrived melted. These are completely unusable. Sadly, these all have to go to the trash.

Awful and not allowed to return or refund or replace.
Awful. Packages were very wrinkled and messy. All the chocolates were melted flat. Awful. And not allowed to return, replace, or refund. I will never purchase again. Extremely unsatisfied.
