I have high arches and have tried so many inserts: Reidell r-fit, Edea Poron, Superfeet, to name a few. This beats them all and has made my skates as comfortable to wear as my favorite sneakers. You get a perfect fit with these, where the others will only get you close, if at all.

Better support than any foam insole. Used with cycling shoes. Great support, no hotspots.

Preheat your oven and pop these in for two minutes before quickly inserting them in your shoes and then wearing your shoes for a few minutes. That's all it takes to mold these to your feet And shoes. They work best in shoes with removable inserts. My dress boots are more comfortable on days when I need to be on my feet for long hours.

I placed the insoles directly into my shoes, without preheating. The soles quickly molded to my flat feet and provided much needed support to my running shoes while not affecting the shoe cushioning. I highly recommend this product to individuals with flat feet

These work really well for what I needed em for, they do mold to the foot fairly quick and are easy to switch back in forth in different shoes. I can honestly say my lower back problems and slight arch issues have started to subside wearing these for approximately 2 weeks. Now the drawback, after only 2 weeks I’m seeing the cork start to crack and split right where the bend in my foot is while walking, I was wondering how cork would stand up to daily wear, and the answer is 2 weeks. Pretty pricey for that timeframe, but I do love em other than that. I will try their regular footbed next in the hopes it lasts longer than these cork styled ones

These fit fairly well in a dress shoe and provide good support. They are not as supportive as some of the heavier insoles I have but they are thin enough to wear in my dress shoes without removing the stock insole. I would recommend.

Helped get me out walking again. Best insole I've used, immediately relieved my met pad issue and I buy them for all my walking and volunteering job that has me on my feet. Even put a pair in my LL Bean slippers.

Used these inserts to replace the broken down ones in my sons Hey Dude shoes. I machine washed the shoes and then cut to fit these inserts to replace the original ones and they worked wonderfully. My son said they look brand new and are actually more comfortable now than with the original inserts.

Was a little skeptical as I have used others and although the all worked to an extend, the best was marginal and that was the Superfeet. Was recommended by a friend to try these and I must say I was pleasantly surprised on how well it worked. I ordered the wide for my super wide feet and played two hours of soccer with little to no foot pain or fatigue, highly recommend if you are active.

Great insoles. Glad Amazon sells them too. Gives great arch support. Does not work for me, its too hard, but works perfect for my family members. Highly recommend.

I was super impressed with the quality I got these for cycling to try and reduce my hot foot issue. I am not sure if it helped with the hot feet problem cus after a short 40km test ride my knees were in so much pain I could barely walk. Now everyone's body geometry is different and these are a cheap option but if you are using them for cycling be careful as small changes in your sole have huge effects on your knees and hips. It is too bad Amazon doesn't carry G8 insoles as those are fully adjustable and I don't believe would have the same issue. As I said they might work for you they might not.

Makes for a shorter day

Always use sole footbed in my wife ski boot and never have any problem. While I appreciated and support the idea of using recycled materials. The cork base on this new version has already started cracking while I tried to heat mold them into my wife's ski boot linear. Like the old version much better.
