MOTOPOWER MP69011 Battery Quick Release Connectors Battery Quick Disconnect Terminals (Red & Black)

Stupid easy to install in like 2 minutes. Easy to disconnect and they bite hard so no worries about them rattling lose. Beats the factory clamps by a long shot. Update. Had these on my V8 dodge dakota for close to a year now. Not sure why people are having problems with these. Still working perfectly. Never let me down and it's super convenient. The only letdown i noticed is if you need to jumpstart another car, unless you have a battery with an additional terminal for both positive and negative like mine, it's impossible to do it without disconnecting your battery completely. Still giving it 5 stars.

I bought these for use on my 99 ram 2500 diesel which uses 2 batteries, the cable connections are a tad bit small as they are clearly designed for a smaller vehicle, however i was able to make them fit and they work very well, however in my particular application on the driver side positive battery terminal this cannot be used because that is where the power from the other battery is joined together which combined exceeds the amperage rating of this product. but on the other 3 terminals they have worked very well. I use 2 AGM yellow top Optima batteries each @750 cca. i have already put 4000 miles on the truck since install with no problems. they clamp down on the terminal posts tightly and secure, and even with bumpy terrain and New England pot hole ridden streets they have yet to "pop up/ pop open" I love them.

Overall, I am pretty happy with this product. Here are my notes: The good: -Clips feel solid and make a good connection -Product feels as though it will last -Clip mechanism is satisfying and easy to operate The Bad: -The connectors bend slightly when tightening down on the cabling -Hardware feels cheap -Had to (slightly) modify plastics to fit two cables in tandem I would still recommend these to a friend and will probably buy for other project vehicles.

They work great, except for jumping. You'll have to make it find some kind of adapter.

This was a little hard to fit the positive terminal, not quite big enough. Used screwdriver an pliers to expand. Once it was on and closed, it covered the terminal so accidental touching couldn't happen. Was easy to open and close when fitted.

Installed these on my demo drag car instead of using a disconnect switch. Fits perfectly on a group 24 battery. Sits very tight with no wiggle. I’m positive these will no jump off even on the bumpiest road as mentioned in another review. I used a 2 AWG high flex wire for power. I had to modify the plastic so it would clear the cable jacket but was easily done and looks good. The 2 AWG wire seated nicely on the clamps and I used some loctite to keep the nuts from backing out. All in all, these are great terminals and I would highly recommend them!

They fit 4 guage battery cable and clamped tightly on both the positive and negative top posts of my marine battery. They replaced 1 year old regular lead clamps that were cracking and still not tight. Time will tell, but so far they seem pretty good and were easy to install and just as easy to open to remove the battery when winterizing.

I purchased these to replace an existing broken one. The quality of these are better than the ones I am replacing. The actual brass termination contacts are very tight and secure, and the two fixing bolts have nuts on the top to allow you to piggy back other connections. Overall happy with the purchase.

...wenn man eine oder mehrere Batterien hat, die öfter abgeklemmt werden müssen. Beispiel : meine beiden befinden sich in unserem Boot für den Elektromotor ( auch hier gekauft und rezensiert ). Wenn dieser an den Batterien angeklemmt ist, leuchten permanent die Dioden des Motors. Das muss nicht sein. Verbraucht vielleicht nicht viel, aber es widerstrebt mir die Vorstellung, dass bei längerer Nichtnutzung die ganze Zeit kleine Lichter vor sich hin leuchten. Energie, auch in kleinen Mengen,muss nicht verschwendet werden. Und dank dieser Schnellverschlüsse ist es nicht jedesmal ein kompliziertes An und Abschrauben, sondern ein simpler Handgriff und die Stromversorgung ist schnell unterbrochen und wieder hergestellt. Perfekte Lösung, wer halt öfter ran muss.
