Q: Does this product contain palm oil or any palm derived ingredients?

All of our shampoo bars contain only essential oils as the scent. Here are the ingredients. Shampoo Bars: Sodium coco sulfate, coconut oil, cocoa Butter, D-panthenol, Hemp Seed Oil, natural oxides, food grade color, essential oil, fragrance. Conditioner Bars: Behentrimonium Methosulfate (From Rapeseed oil), Cocoa Butter, Cetyl Alcohol, Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil, Glycerin, D-Pantheranol, Hemp Seed Oil, Extra Virgin Olive oil, Natural oxides and food grade color, Vitamin E, essential oil, fragrance.

Q: The description says "perfume-free," but fragrance is listed as an ingredient. What is the difference between perfume and fragrance?

Perfume is often made artificially and manufacturers are often not transparent with ingredients. Think of a perfume store at a mall. It gives you a headache. Fragrance is naturally occurring from ingredients such as coconut oil or lavender flower or essence of orange zest. Hope this helps.

It's coconut scent. Not real coconuts.
