Are these lights dimmable?

Yes, these are dimmable. However, I would avoid this particular Seller as they emailed me with a promise of a little money back if I gave a 5-star review. I did that and they never refunded as promised - even after a reminder message sent from me. To me, that's dishonest.

Lights with rubber mounts and screws and a positive and negative wire. They are very easy to hook up with basic wiring knowledge
