Nice modern-looking record player with solid sound & quality hardware
There are a few things I find are the most important in a record player: the cartridge & tonearm, preamp, build & hardware quality, motor & belt assembly, and looks & style. I'll mostly be reviewing those areas, as I don't care as much about other features, speakers, etc. Overall Quality: The sound of this record player is really nice, which is good because it's the most important factor of a record player. Compared to most cheap red-cartridge assemblies, this is a significant step up. The AT-3600L is an established cartridge that gives a really nice clean output that will last a good while. The tonearm is also great, as it allows granular force adjustments, and I was able to get it working without hearing any skipping on my records (may cheap ones don't have tonearm adjustments, and would skip all over a few of my records). The electronics inside also seem to be good quality, as the line-level signal sounded really nice without any noticeable noise floor on my speaker setup. Finally, the motor and belt assembly appears to be good quality, as I got a good consistent speed when testing within a very small margin of error of 33 1/3 across many tests. Build & Style: The first thing you'll notice is that this is a noticeably modern player. It has the clean modern look which isn't great for a vintage setup, but I think looks really nice. The hardware all feels very nice, with the knobs turning really smooth and feeling sturdy with their metal construction. I also like that the cover is clear for watching your vinyl spin, and large enough to put down when records are playing to keep them dust free. The Bluetooth seemed to work the one time I tested it, though it's not really that important to me. Same with the built-in speakers - they seemed alright, but I definitely recommend hooking this up to a real speaker setup if you're really interested in sound quality. Overall a really nice record player, and a good upgrade from the cheap one I was using before. If you are into the modern look and style, I definitely recommend this for your setup.

Phenomenal quality for the price
What can I say , phenomenal performance for just a decently priced machine, I'm a bit of an audio nerd and this ticks nearly all the boxes for me, as a sound engineer I immediately noticed the quality of the speakers, the speakers are very powerful from silent to very loud whatever your preference. The clarity from that AT cartridge is fantastic, easy to assemble too. The only way for this company to top it is to add an automatic arm with skip track feature (ps send me one to review if this happens please) Ignore my mess in the background also lol. Pros Weighted metal arm Powerful high quality speakers Aux input RCA Good build quality Aluminium belt driven turntable Easy to assemble Audio Technika cartridge Dust cover Affordable Easy to use Bluetooth Cons Some plastic pieces Manual arm Overall you can't really beat this at the price point, the value of what you get is very very good. Would recommend to any beginner or anyone who wants a good record player on a budget that won't harm your vinyls unlike the cheaper alternatives.

Brilliant
This is a great little record player. Looks really amazing in the room and has a great sound. I am an audiophile but my wife didn’t want big black plastic speakers in our living so we compromised on this. The sound is very full and can get really loud. Would highly recommend.

Generally very good, missing some functionality
For the most part it's really good. It sounds good and looks good. My only complaints are 1. Auto stop when the record finishes takes minutes 2. It's missing auto return functionality 3. It doesn't stop turning when you manually return the head. You have to manually stop it.

Great choice- recommend
I wasn't sure where to start buying my first record player but this one had good reviews so I took the leap. It was a great choice! Arrived quickly, easy to assemble, looks great and plays well with good sound quality. Very impressed.

Not fit for purpose
It’s a good looking record player and the tone is nice when playing via Bluetooth. However, I expect a record player to play records at the correct speed. When I first tried it, it was playing under 30rpm. Contacted Amazon who gave a full refund and I could keep the player. Contacted the manufacturers technical support and they advised to oil the inner spindle. That made no difference. Then advised to take the bottom off and adjust the low speed (for 33 1/3 rpm). I managed to get it to 34 rpm and thought it close enough. Put record on and just didn’t sound right. The speed fluctuated and it was a horrible warbling sound. Records are actually unlistenable. It’s a huge disappointment that it’s not fit for purpose as it really does have a quality retro look to it. However the speed control is just shocking and a record player that can’t play at a consistent and accurate speed is no use at all. If I could give zero stars I would. I have a briefcase player and that plays at the correct speed… how can 1ByOne get it so badly wrong. Thankfully I got a full refund but this is now going to the recycling centre… I wouldn’t even give it away

Perfect for first timers
Bought this for my daughter, she loves it, and the sound quality is pretty impressive. If you're tight for space, it's perfect with the built-in front speaker. Well worth the money for an entry into vinyl records.

I bought the cheaper $70 version that Amazon recommends at first but when I listened to my records it just didn’t sound right. I bought this after consulting with my trusty friend ChatGPT and I can honestly say that even though it is a bit more expensive at $240 on sale, the sound is so clear and crisp it made my heart sing. I could hear the music as it was meant to be heard and I am super impressed. The belt system is easy to put together. The needle calibration takes a bit of time to figure out but it’s such an awesome product. I compared the sound difference with the other one and it blew my mind. You get what you pay for…and honestly, this is a good mid range product for superior quality sound. Happy with this purchase!
