That it started going on it own even when it wernt switched on then another part of it stopped working.. asked to send it back was told that a returns label will be sent to me and that a courier was booked to come and pick it up but not only was the returns label not ever sent but noone come to collect it so I was made to pay for something that didn't work when I first got it. Been trying to sort this problem out since I ordered the product

It's good, but it always seems to be on auto mode, cycling through the 5 settings. Maybe a fault with mine, I'm not sure. Its very unrelaxing, having your relaxing interrupted every min to need to press the buttons to get back to the settings you like. I just want it on. F off auto mode lol.

Works for me. Agree with other reviewers a bit noisy, but expected. Used silicone ear plugs and then no issue. Could also use noise cancelling headphones. Quality product with fast delivery. Simple instructions. I like the auto option and like the unexpected.

The heat function does not work and overall the massage isn't very good, would not recommend this at all.I bought it a while ago for a gift, it was gifted today and unfortunately I can not return it as the return window has passed!
