PERFECT in every way for my taste. I mean, it's easy to just drain and heat up slightly in a skillet to get remaining moisture out and then just pour over your hot pasta sauce and you've got a great tasting meal. The texture is darned close to regular spaghetti, no weird taste at all and it's a vessel for any sauces you choose to put on it. I've eaten this with my homemade chili for a 5-way and I've had it with Italian sauce and mushrooms and ground beef mixed in and both ways were amazingly delicious! The calories and carbs that I save are awesome for the healthy way I eat and my desire to watch my weight! It's worth the money!

4 out of 6 packs were of hard rubbery texture (like eating rubber bands), could not separate, snapped when I tried to...I could not eat them at all. Something has changed with manufacturing these, this was never an issue years ago. Do not recommend.

I like this pasta substitute enough to eat it most of the time I want some variation of pasta. It has decent texture but is low on flavor which is OK as it is just a vehicle for my sauce. To bad U.S. wheat is laced with glyphosate unlike Italian wheat where it is prohibited by law from being used. Buy Italian pasta where it's available and it is more and more these days. It also has superior taste.

I have been purchasing this for several months and love the taste and texture. Overall just a great product. However I have had to throw away about six packages because the noodles were hard and “dried up” even though there was liquid in the package. I included a side by side comparison of bad noodles on right and good noodles on left.

I’ve ordered this product before and LOVED it!My current order (spaghetti) seems *off*.4 out of the 6 packs, the noodles have the texture and look of dried ramen noodles. Cooking the DOES NOT help with the dry texture (decided to throw them out didn’t want to take a chance)The other 2 packs are normal (like what I’ve received before).Super disappointed! These are NOT cheap. Just money down the drain.Guess it’s time to try another Brand next time.EDIT: *UPDATE*The company reached out to me and offered a full refund.I have updated my review to 5 stars ⭐️ (for a couple reasons).1) The company stands by their product!2) The company cares about its customers (pretty rare these days)!3) Their products really are fantastic. First things first. The GOOD: This pasta substitute is NOT BAD. Consistency is like an al dente noodle. That being said, the rest is how you prepare it in a dish. I did it in a Baked Spaghetti w/ Italian Meatballs. Make sure that your sauce and whatever else is seasoned to your liking as these noodles will absorb. In my opinion, this is a fairly adequate substitute for pasta for those with certain grain allergens or just watching their calories/ carbs. The BAD: Remember what this made of. This may cause bloating and will probably cause some... gas (Yes, I said it. lol). DO NOT EAT MORE than the recommended serving and do it in one sitting. This DOES NOT hold well for leftovers. Finally, this is PRICEY. If you can find a low carb mix and the calories are not too bad, I would recommend trying one of them first. Good Luck.

It was great! My family is on low/no carb and they loved it! Easy to prepare! Taste great! A wonderful pasta substitute!

This stuff has bad instructions and even worse taste and texture.Was hoping to find a nice healthy low cal pasta but this is not it.It’s pretty expensive also at $23 for 6 small packs.The packages are filled with water and the pasta looks and feels soft in the package.But soon as you open it and drain it, it’s literally a rubber-band ball that does not separate.The instructions say add sauce and warm on stove or microwave for 2–3 mins.It doesn't say how much sauce you need , let me tell you its basically an entire jar of sauce as this stuff has to saturated or its not separating they fail to mention this or even how much sauce to use.2-3 ins is also not even close to get this cooked or separated this rubber-band ball would not untangle even after 5mins.when I finally had enough and decided to try it , no joke its like eating rubber-bands.Avoid at all costs, 99cent ramen noodles are better than this.
