Ordered this twice due to a representative telling me it was for sure the swing and the swing house. Both times only the swing house was received. This is easy overpriced for just the swing house and now my 4 year olds Christmas present is going to be extremely late, if I can even find it in stock. I’m extremely disappointed, and no one is of much help to actually fulfill what was advertised as this is absolutely ridiculous.

Very disappointed, thought this was a swing and tent as described.Unfortunately I bought 2 for my grandkids and they just opened them as it was winter when they got them. Both my sons informed me the swing was missing and the tent is useless without it. Great.

It is a lovely item. But it unfortunately Does Not include the swing as described

Opened to set up on Christmas day and had a very disappointed child when we found the package didn't contain the swing...only the house/tent. From seeing the other reviews (weren't there when they bought), others had the same experience unfortunately.

This product was received missing parts. That happens and not the end of the world…However, seams that were weight bearing were mis-sewn. Whole seams missing stitches! The bottom would have fallen out I’m sure.

The description clearly states the swing is included, but it is not! Never heard back after sending customer feedback and email!

Product description says it includes the swing and the tent, but only the tent arrived. Disappointing. Will be returning.

This was advertised as including both the swing cover and the swing but I only received the cover, so had to return, as it is too high a price for the cover only.
