Good book, main focus is personal journey of the author and mantras.

Excellent book on sound healing combining ancient wisdoms and modern science. The chapters on chakras, Ayurveda and mantras offer an informative introduction that is easy to understand. I am noticing a difference both mentally and physical with the use of mantras provided. I really enjoyed the personal story of Dr. Chaudhary’s journey into sound and found it to be just enough without taking away from the important knowledge she has to offer. I highly recommend you check out her YouTube video ‘The Ancient Science of Sound to Heal Body and Mind’ for a deeper dive.

I did benefit from the seed mantra. There was some good information presented. Overall though as a read there was too much back story. Too much trying to prove the point. I wonder, was it written as a doctorate paper?
