TefalG25919AZ Unlimited ON Wok, Non-Stick, Induction, Aluminium, Black

Nach nichtmal 2 Monaten Einsatz sowas bei ner Tefal Pfanne. Griff locker und Beschichtung platzt ab aussen. Nur von Hand gespült.

I bought this pan on Jun 2021. The rubber on the bottom of the pan broke and detached after 2 month use. I used standard dishwasher procedure and Finish tablets to clean it and heated with induction stove. I tried to contact Tefal but they requested me to send the pan back for inspection before deciding what they could do for me. The photo attached here was also sent to them already, I think the photo itself is self explanatory. This is the only pan in my house right now and I don't want to spend another £42 to buy another one to cook. I shared my concern with them by email on 6 Sep 2021. I don't get any response since then.I bought this pan because it is the high end quality one in Tefal family. I didn't expect such poor quality and post sale service. I will not recommend anyone to buy any product from Tefal.

Pfanne leider untauglich. Kam schon mit verzogenem Boden an. Wackelt auf dem Ceranfeld. Außerdem Griff locker.Wenn das Teil eine Tefal Qualitätskontrolle durchlaufen haben soll - dann brauche ich kein Tefal. Zurückgeschickt.

Do you have favourite pan? When did I reach the age where it was acceptable to have a favourite pan? And a favourite gas ring too. Hmmm.Anyway, for as long as I can remember I've been using a non-stick wok, usually 28cm in size. For a long time I had a top of the range Tefal one which was magnificent but as time passed the non stick began to wear and things stuck to it so I looked for a replacement. I bought one from Amazon which had excellent reviews, which I initially reviewed as being excellent also. For the first couple of weeks it really was good.But, maybe I reviewed it a little early. Because, shortly after I submitted that review, I noticed things were beginning to stick to it. Surprising, well within the first month of owning. Within two months it was awful. I hated using it. I even went back to my old Tefal one which I'd not had the heart to throw away.Well, I decided to go back to Tefal. All my stainless pans are Tefal and I've had them for over ten faultless years, I'm not sure why I thought I'd go elsewhere. I've not made the mistake of submitting a hasty review this time. I've been using the new Tefal Ultimate for four months now.And, it's brilliant. It's got a decent weight to it, but not too heavy that it's not usable. And use it I do. I cook virtually everything in it. That's the beauty of a deep but softly graded wok like this. You can do your stir fries, but you can also do your fry ups, scrambled eggs, even your beans. I adore these kind of pans.And, it's built to last. The very first night I had it, shortly after making my first meal with it and patting myself on the back for a good purchase, I washed it and put it upside down on the draining rack....and it slid off onto the floor! In fact, it slid off onto the floor via the edge of stone door step, leaving a big dent on the rim and even chipping off a bit of the coating on the outside. I carried on using it with the dent for a good month at least, as it actually formed quite a good spatula rest. It didn't effect the cooking ability. When I finally got around to it I took a block of wood and a lump hammer to it and teased it back into shape. I've continued to use it with no loss in performance.The only criticism I'd level at it is that I've had to tighten the star-screw on the handle twice since I've had it, although some of that might be down to me lobbing it onto the kitchen floor via a stone setp. So, anyway, despite my best efforts, this Tefal Unlimited wok has taken a kicking and kept on cooking. Impressive.

Die Unlimited On Pfanne von Tefal hält was sie verspricht. Seit ein paar Wochen ist die Pfanne bei mir fast täglich im Einsatz, und hat noch nicht einmal ansatzweise Verschleißspuren oder Verfärbungen an der Unterseite. Diese 28cm große Pfanne ist für normale Cerankochfelder, aber auch für Induktionskochfelder geeignet. Die Hitze wird gleichmäßig verteilt, es kocht also nicht nur in der Mitte, sondern gleichmäßig in der ganzen Pfanne. Kein Anbrennen oder umständliche Reinigung mehr! Wenn ich nun mit einem metallischen Gegenstand darin herumrühre, brauche ich mir absolut keine Gedanken machen... Mit meiner älteren Pfanne hatte ich sofort immer das Bild meiner Mutter im Kopf mit bösen Blick und den mahnenden Worten "Niemals mit einem Schöpfer aus Metall in die beschichtete Pfanne!" Das gehört jetzt der Vergangenheit an, ich kann bedenkenlos metallische Gegenstände benutzen, denn dies macht der "besten antihaftbeschichtete Pfanne" überhaupt nichts aus! Auch die Reinigung - total easy! Bisher hatte ich richtig mühe z. B. mein Chili con carne, was ich immer in der Pfanne mache, am nächsten Tag sauber zu kriegen. Da ich es gerne 2-3 mal erneut aufwärme, setzten sich Essensreste am Rand der Pfanne fest, die nur sehr schwer wegzuschrubben sind. Mit der Unlimited On kein Problem! Heißes Wasser drüberlaufen lassen, da lösen sich schon die Reste ganz von allein. Noch einmal kurz mit einem weichen Spüllappen mit Spülmittel drüber - fertig! Ich bin begeistert, und werde mir definitiv eine weitere Pfanne dieser Art von Tefal zulegen. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
