I bought this as a kind of sweat inducer during workouts. Let me tell you, this had me looking like I had walked through a rain storm. It definitely does the job I wanted it to do. It is a little warm (like icy hot) initially, but not uncomfortably. I use this every time I workout.

Great 👍 gets hot on skin but I see results and you must do it every day or every other day.

I feel the burn when I put this on but idk if I’m losing weight because I’m working out with it on seems like that’s the only way to activate it

I’m a believer in reviews because a lot of times that’s how I decide whether or not to try something. So, I think it’s only fair that I leave reviews when I can. Just know that a product can be a Holy Grail and a treasure for one person and complete trash for the next person! Our bodies are different and the way we respond to products can be wildly different. Sometimes you just have to try for yourself and see. My thoughts on this product: 1 - Have been using it mostly twice a day for about 3 weeks. I ordered a second bottle already, but still have about a week left in the original. So, it’s lasted me for about a month. Good size bottle for the price. 2 - Smells minty/medicinal. I don’t love the smell, but it’s more faint than loud to me, so I can handle it. 3 - I use it on my thighs, arms and tummy. I am overweight and I have a lot of cellulite. I could tell my arms and tummy were different after a few days to a week. Seemed to be slightly smaller to my naked eye, although I didn’t measure. 4 - I noticed the biggest difference after exercise, which for me is simply walking. I think you have to do some type of exercise to really see it work. 5 - It has definitely reshaped my arms, but I’m kinda scared to keep using it there. I don’t know how they’ll end up looking. I don’t want them to be misshapen. Not sure how to explain it, but I definitely see the difference. I see NO difference in my legs and especially none with cellulite. I see a slight difference with my tummy, but I don’t really have a huge tummy to begin with. 6 - I’m going to discontinue the arms and use the second bottle on my thighs and tummy. After that I’ll probably just use a lotion like Palmers or something. I don’t want my body to be misshapen by this product. I guess what I’m getting at is this seems to work but you’ll have to tone the loose skin.

Actually works , you can see a difference and I do mix this cream with cavitation gel when I use my laser lipo machine to boost the results , I am 8 months post op from a bbl surgery left with loose skin . Slight feeling and smell of Vicks with a minty sensation , but it does help slim the waist and tighten the skin , I Also use it when I’m working out , helps me sweat a little and helps me see quicker resluts in everything I use it with .

I purchased this hoping it would help reduce cellulite and tighten some skin from weight loss. Mind you, I haven't lost an incredible amount weight that would warrant plastic surgery, so my goal with this cream wasnt unrealistic. First, let's start with the smell, which is remarkably akin to that of aspercreme. So, right out the gate, pre-workout is started by smelling like an arthritic geriatric. Let's move on to the sensation the lotion gives you.... also, akin to that of aspercreme. Considering I dont actually have any chronic arthritis or muscle tension to compare relief to, I can neither confirm or deny that this isnt just a whole bottle of aspercreme. Let's just get that out of way. The majority of my exercise is running in between 7 and 10 miles a day. You would think, or at least hope, that using this in conjunction with an hour or more of cardio would give you some results. Pro tip: the lower your expectations, the less room you give for disappointment. (Keep those expectations at ground level) I have seen reviews of this lotion working amazingly well with those sweet sweat wrap things (they kind of allow more concentrated areas to get more from a workout). I've been using those wraps for over a year with exercise and let me tell you this... there is ZERO discernable difference between the sweat you produce with the wraps alone, vs the sweat with the wraps and the lotion. None at all. This creme has tightened f-all. Again, I dont have an extraordinarily large amount of skin that I'd like to be tightened. Mostly, it is around my abdomen, courtesy of growing a couple human beings and stress eating M&Ms. I eat healthy, I'm consistent with exercise, and I have glorious muscle tone, so it isnt like I'm morbidly obese and expected a miracle from this purchase. I did hope it would help me target my stubborn post baby pouch, but it only targeted my inner 75 year old.

First time using it , smells ok, it does feel a little burning sensation, i put it on my arms and belly, i will update if i see any difference

I have ran the gamit on these types of products from the high priced to the bargain bin selections. Thought I would try this one. Only been using it about a week, so far I say pretty good bang for the buck overall.
