Never shopping here again!
Not pleased at all! Doesn't look like the picture and the reel looks like it's been used for quite awhile! Was sooooo excited to get this for my daughter for her birthday I will not be giving it to her, such a waste of money! Hopefully I'll be able to get a refund. Extremely displeased doesn't even begin to describe what I'm feeling.
