Great classic design; holds the door well. Could use some felt pads under it to keep from scratching hardwood floors.

I was needing a door stop for a foyer door that always wanted to creep shut (older home that may or may not be square 😂) and having always loved horses I set out to find one.I will say the vintage iron door stops From yesteryear are much heavier and thicker. This one not only works but it looks older so much so thay Hubby thought it had come from my my Great Grandma's home.VERY very well made and the perfect touch for our home.

Very nice looking, just not heavy enough to hold door open :(

Tiled beige/brown bathroom doorstop

I love the design of this as it looks old/vintage and I was having a hard time finding a horse (my obsession) based door stop.Unfortunately the weight on this is off as the horse portion is top heavy causing it to fall over. I have doors that sit about an inch above the ground and anytime it barely touches the door stop it causes it to fall over.Be aware if your doors do not sit flush with the ground you will have to make changes to the back so it doesn't fall over. Which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.

Perfect weight. Love the convenience of the handle when miving the door stop.

This was my second one to buy. The first one worked great on my hard floors for the laundry room door, so I bought this one for my daughters bedroom door, which always seems to close itself. It did not hold the door on the carpet like it does on the hard floor. We were disappointed in that.
