This item doesn't work. The battery compartment has images different the components directions. Once both batteries are in the way the components allow. Nothing. Read all instructions nothingWill be returning and recommended others avoid

So as I lost one I brought another, then found the first when I compared them the pulse was wildly off over 50bpm out and the o2 saturation kept dipping and was wildly inaccurate from the other fluctuating 90-97. I may have covid but two machines should be close to consistent.

Does what it says reads the pulse and oxygen levels.Use index finger on a flat surface, keep hand steady and wait until it stops.Value for money. Why spend morewhen this is all you need.

Unwell so ended up being loaned one from GP surgery. This little machine is, for definate, 1 point lower than theirs. Pretty accurate don't you think?

Used once and stopped working thereafter. Batteries were full, but it seems the connection between screen and bottom of the device severs when you put your finger in. Also, the little lanyard that came with it didn’t fit through the hole so was impossible to attach. Strange. Returned product due to faultiness. Got full refund though!

Easy to read, does turn off sometimes without giving a reading but apart from thay works well.

Very angry with this. Never worked for a second. Total waste of money.Please go for expensive ones at least you get to use them. This one here is total waste of my money.

Don't pay a massive price for the others!!!! This is fantastic and I'm in heart failure and my lung deflated 2 weeks ago so u haven't been out of hospital long so I bought this! Its absolutely brilliant!!!!!!!
