Love it I am going to order more, very easy to clean, the size is perfect for 1lb of cheese,good price and functions great, very sturdy I can put my 10lb weight on it and it does fine

I use this mould to make Colombian style farmers cheese. The only draw back is that there are only holes in the bottom as opposed to the side as well.So you need to squeeze the whey out the bottom as opposed to both

It’s small and simple
It didn’t come with any instructions or proper packaging. I can read the instructions here. I’m new to cheesemaking, just want to make white cheeses, so I’m giving it the benefit of the doubt
