Working wonders with my very vocally protective puppy
I haven’t even had this product a full week, and it’s completely turned things around. I spend a lot of time in my backyard, and my 7 month old pup loves joining me. Our backyard is bordered by four other neighbors’ backyards, with each owning at least one dog. This stirs up all the trouble, and it’s enough to drive anybody crazy.I bought the two collar/one remote pack, because I often watch my brother’s pup (my girl’s little half-sister), and I have yet to try it on her, but I’m excited based on the results I’ve seen on my dog. Both the collars and the remote are well made and sturdy. I did have to cut the collar to fit, and I recommend burning the cut edge to seal the threading. I went to charge the collars when they arrived, before checking the level as directed, and realized they came fully charged, which is always a plus.I’ve only ever had to press the button a dozen times or so. I think the sound is attention getting, but it doesn’t make her stop her nonsense and retreat, as well as the vibration does. I haven’t felt the need to do the combination of the two, and based on how well things are going, I don’t know if that need will arise. The first few times I used it, I had to use it more than once for each ‘punishment’ as she stopped a few times on her way back to me (and this was advised in the instructions). Now I only ever have to press it once, and most of the time, I just have to pick up the remote if my vocal command isn’t working, and she recognizes the sound and/or visual of me picking it up, and dashes right on over. At this point, she doesn’t even need to have the collar on, to get the message that it’s time to move on. For those of you with intelligent and stubborn dogs, this is magic.I was concerned that it might still hurt my pup, even without the shock or prongs. Luckily, it doesn’t hurt her, and I’ve never heard even a yelp of surprise. I think it genuinely just confuses and distracts her. Her reaction is usually to leave the area immediately and make her way to me.One problem arose early in use, which I think could be solved by not being as clumsy as me, or there being a lock option once you choose a power level. I had the power level set to 1, and when I went to use it for the vibrate setting, I accidentally toggled the button that lowers the power level, which made it go to the highest level (9), and I confused the living daylights out of my poor pup, on the first or second use of the vibration setting. Since being more careful and confirming better before I hit the action button, I haven’t had this problem again, but I think it’s important to be aware of. Outside of this mistake, I’ve only ever had to use level 1.Overall, I’m extremely happy and relieved to have found this product. I bought one of those ultrasonic noise flashlight devices, and it worked the first few times, but quickly became something she easily ignored, and it becomes ineffective when she’s out of range or eyesight. This works even when she’s out in the backyard, and I’m inside the house with the doors closed. I finally enjoy sitting in the backyard again, with my beautiful little lady at my side. I’m excited to see how it helps as I continue her training. Bless the makers of this product, truly.

Perfect Training Collar
Such a great collar for our very active Bernedoodle. The beep is very loud and clear and you can choose the sound that works best for your dog. I love that it doesn’t shock but vibrates. The collar can be cut to size which is nice so it should fit almost any dog. I also love that it has a metal loop to hook a leash to take him outside. We use a harness when walking him, but it’s nice to just use this collar for quick potty breaks. We take the collar off each night to charge along with the remote control and haven’t had a problem. I would buy this item again.

Works, but you'll need a lighter after cutting.
I picked up this set to use with an electronic training collar. The original collars that shipped with the unit are very rigid and it turns out this stiffness is needed to keep them in the correct position (My mistake). These collars are very flexible and are good for general use.My only gripe is that after they are trimmed to length, the nylon weave begins to immediately fray. Of course I discovered this after a romp in the park. To fix this, I re-cut the ends and singed them with a common lighter until the plastic melted slightly. No more fraying.

A great deal for a no shock collar.
I love the fact that it is a NO shock collar. The beep and buzz gave immediate recall to our dog, and we only had to use it twice for him to stop barking at our chickens.

Works great!
Works great. Very satisfied with this no shock collar/remote training combo. The battery is still active after a month. Love the adjustments you can make on each one. Tone, vibrate, or tone & vibrate together. Didn't need for barking. More for minding on walks. Use tones or 1 vibrate on level 1 works for my 5 mo. Frenchie.

Gamer changer
Game changer...to be used to get their attention when they already know a command but are distracted. I have a very sweet, normally obedient dog that I recently adopted. She lived a life off-leash and outdoors. So I try to take he in the woods off-leash every day. She obeys commands ("come" "wait" "stay" "this way") EXCEPT if she is distracted and runs after a squirrel. Big problem in the woods. I have found that if I use my "angry voice" it gets her attention 80% of the time. What to do about that 20%? This collar to the rescue. Most of the time I can use just the sound to get her attention and she comes flying back. She also learned pretty quickly that the next step will be vibration which she doesn't like, so she usually responds to the sound before we get to that stage. I feel so much better having a tool like this for when she runs off. And I like knowing there is NO SHOCK feature so I won't ever accidentally shock her. If you dog knows the command, wants to obey, but is distracted then this is the perfect solution. It seems to have a pretty far range in the woods. So far it has been true to being waterproof (she jumps in the water A Lot to swim). I don't like that the screen goes dark a little bit after you turn it on, but when you press the button again it lights up again. I would prefer it stay lit so I know it is on and won't accidentally make it vibrate, but I do like that the on/off is a switch and not just a push button so it should not accidentally get turned on in the first place. I haven't seen any other models with this range, a sliding on/off switch, and no shock so it's the best combination of features in my opinion. It holds a charge for a long time. I use it every day and only recharge it about once a week just in case, but it doesn't even seem to need it. I did have some technical problems with the remote but the local sales rep was very responsive by email and solved the problem under warranty so extra points for that. All in all this has made our lives much better.

Short lifespan - less than 6 months
In less than 6 months, it just stopped working. Am not sure why and I am hoping writing this review will get the seller to reach out to me. It shld not NOT last for such a short time. The e-collar does not hold a charge and will not turn on. I bought it in Nov 2024 and it has stopped working 2 weeks ago.
