I bought it from my TS140. I works with no problems after 6 months.

Perfect for TS140 Server kit
Teamed this with a Lenovo TS140 Xenon-based bare-bone server and Windows Server 2012 R2 on a new IT deployment. Flawless. No installation problems, timings set exactly right, ran 72 hours straight on mem test without a single hiccup, passed another 48 hours of full-system stress testing without missing a beat, and remains MUCH cooler than what it replaced even under 95% stress load. The RAM is good, stable and reliable - which is all anyone can ever ask out of server RAM (or any RAM, really). Our new server also features a SanDisk 240GB SSD main with two platter storage drives (a single 500GB back-up/imaging/software archive and a single 2TB with three partitions for net storage, update service packages and file serving). Server 2012 R2 actually runs leaner than 2008 R2 with the same services installed, and at least seems more responsive in heavy tasking roles, though it could be the better hardware in the server - like this RAM.

Lenovo TS-140 Ram
Works great in my TS-140 with the original Samsung modules. Made up as the Lenovo branded ram is £100

ECC without the (wallet) pain!
If you are looking for ECC unbuffered memory for AMD platforms, this works brilliantly!I built a low-power server based on the AMD AM1 low-cost platform, using the Asus AM1M-A micro-ATX motherboard, and this memory module. The AM1M-A is the ONLY AM1 motherboard to my knowledge that supports ECC-U (AM1 fully supports it, but it requires BIOS support). With FreeBSD and a large ZFS disk cluster, we are running smoothly! As I upgrade disks, I will be adding yet another of this module.I have to say that ECC memory is hotter than general fast-page DDR memory and added a DIMM heatsink for cooling, but the server has yet to show a temperature over 40°C on the internal thermistor bank (and that was full load), so it shows that in general this is quite a cool module.
