These have been in the pantry since the sixties
My father ate these when I was a kid (he liked kippered herring) and I picked up the habit later. They have a great sourdough taste, aren’t too big or overly savory so you won’t plow through a box on their own merit. Just enough to satisfy the need for a little carb with your cheese or hors d’ oeuvre.

In 2023 I found I am diabetic. Wheat products raise my blood sugar up, and I no longer eat bread or pasta. This rye cracker is a heaven sent. Spread cream cheese or put a slice of cheese with basil leaves on top, they look appetizing, and their crispness and taste are great.
