As far as comfort goes, I asked my dog but she couldn’t understand me so I’ll asume she’s ok with it.The harness is great! Really holds up and really wanted to like it but the bags sucked.I take my dog backpacking and hiking often and these bags really suck. For one, they’re too small and can hardly fit anything in them.My dog Illa loves to run and jump! These bags bounce off of her like ping pong balls and end up hanging over one side. So I have to go to her and readjust the harness and bags every time. Very inconvenient for me and probably uncomfortable for her. There has to be a way they can be able to attach the bottom of the bags to the harness.Because of this I render the bags useless. Hope this review helps you decide if this harness would work for your dog. I wouldn’t buy a second and will probably be returning the one I have.

Pros:Build qualityDesirable features (that work as advertised)General shape and size is aesthetic and functionalCons:Neck size (at minimum) is a bit larger than advertisedNeck sizing straps do slip / loosen somewhat with dog on the front harness (our dog is a puller)I like this product but I think that it's not going to be right for my dog, in the end.In the products defense, my dog (a lab mix) has a somewhat abnormal body shape in that her neck is rather narrow compared to the size of her chest and that leaves us in a place where most harnesses are either sightly too big for her neck or slightly too small for her chest. This harness was just about right and so we decided to risk it because I really like the idea of the doggie bag dispenser and storeable side pockets (which are both very nice in practice).Based on their listing here, this harness was going to be just slightly over the size we needed for her neck but we decided to go with it because our dog is still less than a year old and will probably grow one way or another, whether in girth or otherwise ... but, in practice, the neck portion is probably an inch or more too big and, since we use the front harness, her inevitable pulling loosens the front steps just a bit - making it even more loose. What results is that the harness twists around her and restricts her one front leg from having full movement.In rating it four stars, I considered that the quality is surprisingly good. The materials seem to be of high quality and it seems sturdy made, as opposed to cheap. On some products, the stitching is a warning sign but this stitching is solid and the materials are sound. It's just ... nice ... I was pleasantly surprised. While the neck strap is a bummer for us, that's partly on account of our risking it being a little too big in the first place ... and partly due to it being bigger than advertised, combined with slippage.If you're on the small side of a range for either neck or chest, it's certainly something you want to consider. With that said, I would absolutely buy this product as a gift for others if their dog is comfortably within the middle of both sizing ranges. I think that's important and highlights that the product reality is of quality and has some desirable features.

This harness is great, it was exactly what I was looking for and was better quality than I was expecting. It seems very well built and quality partsThis isn't an all day(s) hiking backpack, so dont buy it thinking your going to have tons of storage. I don't think it's designed for that. It's perfect for longs walks in a park, or forest walk etcIt has storage enough for two water bottles ~.75 L each, my dogs collapsible bowl, and maybe a small bag of treats/food. Which for a couple hour walk or hike, all you needIt's got a handle for controlling or helping, front or back harness, and poop bag holder. I really can't say enough, fits very well on my 85 lb shepherd husky mix.Only downside, I agree with another poster, if there was a way to attach bags to stop from flopping, but again it isn't a backpack for a dog. It's a harness that has minimalist storage if needed

I'm so thankful to have this Harness ; I adopted a dog from a rescue shelter ; & since I didn't raise him I had no idea what I was in for . He was a major puller ; particularly when he would see other dogs being walked * (& He's a big , strong breed) * Well, unlike other harnesses & collars *** this particular Harness has prevented him from getting lose & as an added bonus , the front clip built into this harness has taught him not to pull so much overtime ; even my petite Sis leads him more easily on walks than we ever thought we could. Granted, we took all of his measurements & secure the Harness each time before walking him ; & yes we paired this harness with a Heavy duty leash & always have treats on hand , but this harness has proved to be an amazing Blessing to us ! In my opinion it's well designed & made with High quality materials , and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase !

This is a great hiking vest for my dog. She knows we are hiking as soon as I get it. The clips are nice and sturdy and the straps adjust well for my dog’s big chest. It’s lightweight and doesn’t feel hot underneath the fabric. I chose this one because my dog tends to get hot easily and the small amount of fabric is better than the full wrap around vests I’ve seen.

Very happy with the new purchase of the FIDA harness. We bought a large, and it fits good, but we probably should have gotten a Medium. (our Vizsla is 52lbs)I am very pleased with the workmanship, and materials used in making this harness. Far exceeded what I expected for sure. From the hardware, fabric, zippers and webbing used to construct, you can tell that the manufacturer really cares about the product they are making.

Received the harness in a properly packed box. It is the exact product I am looking for. It be great if the maker include an additional hook ring in front of the handle.👍
