Works great!
This stuff is amazing. I wanted to paint a floor in one of our bathrooms in stead of paying thousands of dollars to replace the tile, and it worked great! We originally had an old school green tile floor and now we have a lovely black floor. Love it!

So glad I invested in this!
I'd been avoiding refurbishing my 80 year old stairs in my house. So many options and ideas, and I wanted something simple that I could tackle myself, and just breath some new life and a clean look to my steps. The hardest part was making sure I didn't need anything from the upstairs while I waited for the recommended drying time so I could actually use the steps in between coats. I painted the flats black, and the risers white. The paint applies very smoothly, but be sure you're using at least a medium quality brush. Very little odor from the paint or the clear coat. 3 coats of white on the risers and sides, and 3 coats on the flats, and I still have almost half a can of each color left over for touch ups down the line should I need them. The clear coat dries to a medium gloss, and you'd swear it was poly or urethane. The clear coat appears milky in the can, but it's ready to go, just shake and go. It's a bit runny, so be sure you are using good lighting and get all your brush strokes evenly. I also applied pre-cut non-slip carpet treads after I was finished, so all the wear and traffic will be applied to the treads. So we'll see how this paint and clearcoat measures up over time. I didn't even use a 1/4 of the clear coat can, so there's plenty left over for another application, or just to use as a yearly maintenence. Well worth the investment, and my stairs look great!

Time & Energy & Money Saver!
Remodeling a 1960s kitchen in a 1914 house has to be strategic. The first thing we did saved time, energy and money! The blue floor tiles did not have to be removed after all. The kit system was very affordable, instructions were easy to follow, and our new floor is gorgeous!

Good product.
Overall, I would recommend this product. I chose Ultra White to cover old 1989 tile in our kids’ bathroom. The base coat (Step 1) went on very smoothly. Probably could have gotten away with three coats but I added a fourth. My issue, and why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, is because of the top coat (Step 2). Little specks of what only can be described as dust kept appearing with every stroke of the brush (I used a brand new brush, not a roller, as this space was small). Yes, the floor was clean after the base coats were dry and ready for the top coat. Definitely wasn’t the brush’s fault because the base coat(s) went on without any problems. And I used what was left over for another bathroom floor and the same issue happened again. Base coat went on great, top coat had specks in it. Incredibly frustrating as I had to keep swiping away before the floor dried. Overall, I’m the only one it bothers because the family can’t tell. They’re just glad they’re not looking at old dingy tile anymore.

Floor looks great!!
Well, I did my bathroom floor and it's amazing. I should have taken before and after photos, I'm always embarrassed by my before pictures. The floor was an ugly linoleum; I watched multiple you tube videos it looked fairly easy. The biggest issue is you have to wait between coats so we couldn't use this bathroom for several days, then I wanted to make sure it wasn't stepped on while setting up.

Do not buy
AWFUL!!! Bought 2 sets and 1 was expired and chunky. We used the other and the clear coating does not hold up!! Everything chipped and was depleting after 1 week. Barely sealed too

Easy to apply and looks great!
I love this product! I was looking for a lower cost option to an epoxy floor for my basement project. I found this product and added a glitter additive (specifically for paint) and this was the end result! It was pretty easy to use and very low odor. Some words of wisdom: Spend time on prepping the floor. I painted over concrete and spent hours cleaning it. I bought an etching acid to get it perfect before I even considered painting. It was a pain, but payoff was 100% worth it. Paint two coats of the base coat. As tempting as it is to lay it on thick and/or paint a second coat right away, wait for it to fully dry (24 hrs) before painting the second coat of the base. I made this mistake and ended up pulling up the first coat in some spots. It was salvageable by waiting a full 24 hours and repainting a second coat. Don’t skimp on the top coat. I did just one coat, but definitely didn’t skimp. Even so, I still had more top coat leftover after it was done. Overall, I highly recommend this product for a concrete flooring option that is more cost effective than epoxy!

great floor paint!
I can see why this paint is so highly rated! I used it to paint over some porcelain tile floor because we're doing new floors in our house and the tile needed an upgrade to match our new floors The paint as great coverage, it doesn't peel or chip, great thickness for the paint consistency, it smells like paint, nothing over the top. I did three coats for extra darkness and followed instructions for wait time in between to for multiple coats. I unfortunately don't have a before picture, but just imagine brownish tan tile as the before lol it looks really great!

Cheap product for such a high price
When we did the paint and let it dry for over a month, and moved back our furniture it started scratching from the easiest movements..and whenever we dropped the tiniest drop of liquid it changes colour and leaves a weird looking stain. If I could attach pictures I would but it's not a feature. Biggest waste of money ever!!
