Even though some reviewers complained about the quality this is such a versatile little bag, that if the zipper or materials breaks down, I'll order another one. So far I find it to be quality. The zippers are fine, the material is not flimsy and its just what is needed to replace a purse. There are options for belt loops and how it sits on the hip. I can carry everything needed from my DL, cards, comb, lip balm, 1 small snack bar, a pen, cash, change and still have room. Don't have to worry about carrying a purse with unused items, and forgetting it somewhere. This one travels on my side nicely while driving, shopping and walking. May just buy another one to keep around.

Update 5 stars for customer service, seller reached out and replaced. Its nice when someone sticks behind their products. It was nice. Buttons staying closed. Zippers not getting stuck. Pouch strap, just fell off. Cheap thread or just missed. This is my 3rd time getting this style pouch. (I usually get over a year of use before any issues. ) this one made it over a month, light use. (Wallet, mini mag, cellphone, small folder and keys) I expected a much longer life span. Possibly I received a defective pouch. I'm not sure how to reach customer service to let them know I need a replacement. (This is outside Amazon's return/replacement window)
