Q: Does this come in a Venus White box?

Mine came loose in a bag. One was broken.

Q: reviews say this is fake. is this possible? the manufacturer says it is possible, and that i should only purchase from a dentist. do you agree?

I don't agree, if you buy from my store it is certainly not fake. There are multiple sellers, so can't say for others. We have almost 400 sku's on amazon, that we would jeopardize our reputation on one product is a silly thought. The only difference between buying on amazon and your dentist is it is most likely fresher on amazon since the turnover is so high.
