⚠️MISLEADING/CONFUSING/INCORRECT INFORMATIO. NOT DR SEBI APPROVED?!? CHECK THE INGREDIENTS.⚠️📛🧐🤔.
⚠️I ordered this book, in the belief that this is a varified ingredients!! it arrived today, and im really baffled.. as well as being extremely disappointed.. and also feel like I've been conned!! 🧐scammed!! well people.... i would certainly suggest you do your research, and fully check reviews.. as you will definitely need to change a lot of these ingredients as Dr Sebi does not use hybrid foods, or foods that are not natural or not naturally grown from mother nature.. .. DO NOT HAVE:: cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, spinach, kale, eggplant and tofu is garbage, brown rice, garlic, he states that garlic is poisonous to the human body. . and only to have chatter sunisa bananas in Honduras as the rest are not alkaline.. theres so many other ingredients in these so called "SEBI recipes"????!!. so many foods for example strawberry, pineapple, okra, kewi, lettuce, pasta, sweet potato, white onion, peanut butter, almonds... maple syrup!!! which is definitely not alkaline. 🤯or on dr Sebi's list at all.. Nauger Loaney!! .. what research have you actually done to create this book ??!? and how can we adapt your recipes ?? by taking out certain foods to adapt to alkaline. I don't believe this is an all alkaline book!! at all..🤔why are these ppl able to use Dr. Sebi's name.. to make more moneys & cause alot of misleading non illustrated confusion. This is definitely not Dr Sebi's list of foods at all!! So many recipes in the book do not contain natural ingredients. It's just made up.. This is very sad and extremely and dangerously misleading. not natural.. and very much many many Non-Natural toxic foods with incomplete molecular structure !! acid based ingredients?!?!. that will rob you of your minerals.. this book is as Dr. sabi would av say is: garbage.. ⚠️

Got this book today, do your research people, you will have to change a lot of ingredients as Dr Sebi don't use cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, garlic and many more in his food. I saw pineapple which is definitely not alkaline. Nauger Loaney need to do some more research. Just adapt by taking out certain foods to adapt to alkaline.
