It should have to warm neck and shoulder however it only warm neck expensive doesn’t worthy

Extremely disappointed wasted my unless they repair for me
Extremely disappointed it stopped working after few uses and I was trying to get it fixed not knowing the problem till I came to know the voltage is not correct one to use for Middle East countries. They should not sell these unless they have suitable voltage.
