Provocative, convincing & delightful read!
This is a great book that challenges the very basic assumptions that most of us have - assumptions like "more experience is always better, we all know how to learn from our (and others) mistakes/successes" etc. All ideas are supported with everyday examples we see all around us so very easy to follow and relate to. And it will definitely convince you why articles like "10 things every successful CEO/Businessman do every morning" is... not super helpful. If you're ready for some self discovery and critique the stories we hear every day - this is a very helpful resource.

Fascinating Read!
The Myth Experience takes a nuanced approach examining how experience may cloud our judgement and decision-making. The book expertly ties together concepts from other leaders in the field including concepts from the acclaimed books The Black Swan and Thinking Fast and Slow. This book distills these concepts into easily digestible insights that help us better understand how experience impacts our decision-making. A great read!
