Most importantly 30-40m session of waxing is achieved in 10-12min. Time is money.1. Can't set temperature but it doesn't heat up wax to the point of intolerance.2. Roller head that comes with this product is a little wobbly but that doesn't affect application. You can get Rica cartridges if you don't like the cartridge that comes with it.3. Rica cartridge fits well.Cons:1. I'd have liked temp settings to reduce heating time.2.the wire is small

I didn't liked it as it is took much sticky and take long time melt I just used it once and then throw it in disturb never recommend anyone bad experience

Wax cartridge was completely different from the picture shown... Although the wax was okay okay. Wax heater is fine... But takes a time of about 20 mins to completely melt the wax... Overall a good product, does it's work perfectly.

The product is quite good...all the hair is removed very easily...it's definitely less painful than the traditional hot waxing...the only problem with it is that the wax doesn't come out easily...the roller gets stuck again and again and u have to push it repeatedly for the wax to come out...it dries very quickly and solidifies at the roller...the heater also doesn't heat the wax enough for it to come out easily...I initially heated it for 30 mins as shown on YouTube videos and then stared using it but the wax didn't come out...so I had to heat it more...then had to keep the heater on continuously...also the process is much time consuming compared to traditional waxing...But it's a quite good product for situations like lockdown where one doesn't prefer going to the parlour due to safety reasons...I would definitely recommend this...

The product is amazing🥳… when i was placing the order i was not sure whether the product would be good or not and what if it’s completely a waste of money as there is return policy. This is a total waste of money. The quality is terrible. The wax doest not uproot the hair just breaks it from the top. And application also gets much more messy that usual hot wax. Its not returnable also so think twice before investing in this product.

To remove body hair

Saddest part is left over wax on skin is hard to remove. My skin was black bcoz of wax for some days. Wax doesn’t come out easy from the roller it is messier then hot wax. But way less painful then hot wax. I can say not painful at all. Buy it its kind of useful but they should tell how to remove left over wax from skin.
