Very good garlic with no garlic aftertaste. These use this brand in clinical trials. Yes, eating raw garlic is better for you, but let me tell you that trying to eat raw garlic everyday is a hassle. Just easier to take this. Recommend taking with Vitamin C which helps with testosterone production per some studies. I've been taking Garlic for years mostly to help with my blood pressure.There are 3 main reasons I chose Garlicin over other brands of garlic pills.1) BEWARE - when buying other brands of garlic, that your breath, sweat and body odor may change to have a strong garlic smell.
