I am a swimmer. I do 1-3 mile swims 3-7 days a week. The chlorine was killing my hair. I bought this and pumpkin seed oil and castor oil. I would take 5 drops of pumpkin seed oil, a pump of sunflower oil, and a pump of castor oil. I would apply it at night. The next day, I would swim. After weeks of using the oils, my hair looks great.BUT I also have to say that I’ve been rubbing this same combo into my skin-I’ve had a lump in my breast that’s been surgically removed multiple times but kept coming back. It was not cancer. I would apply the oil after showers. It was about 4 weeks and the mass was gone. In addition, all my fibrous dense breast tissue changed to normal breast tissue.It was a remarkable and unexpected occurrence. I will never stop using this now, and I’m actually looking forward to see what other changes might occur…healthier skin, better coloration.I will also stress that the products absorbed quickly and did not leave my skin greasy.

I was skeptical about getting this oil but honestly it's so great. I have had eczema since I was a kid but havent had many flare ups in over a decade. I recently moved and the new environment WRECKED my skin and my eczema has been banned worse than it has ever been. Nothing was helping much so I did some research and decided to try sunflower oil to help. It isnt an end all be all cure, but it has cleared my skin up around 80% which is huge for me. I've been telling everyone about this oil because it not only helps my eczema but is very moisturizing as well! I just mix some in with my body lotion and spot treat and that's it I'm out the door! No weird smell or anything either. Great oil from a great supplier! Would definitely buy again when I'm out of this one!

I work long hours in a very cold, and dry, air conditioned office. The climate affects my skin quite a bit. I use the sunflower oil after I take a shower when I come home from work. This product needs drying time so that it doesn’t get your blankets oily. However, this product is a highly effective natural alternative to other complex manufactured chemical moisturizers. The sunflower oil feels clean and makes you feel good using it. I have had no skin reactions to it at all. In fact, I think this product actually heals skin. This is a good buy. If you are like me you may go out of your way to spend a little more for natural or naturalishy products?!Naturally derived oils are a great way to moisturize your skin wo adding extra phosphates your skin does not need!Just remember, some oils naturally take longer to absorb into your epidermis. Sunflower oil is one of those oils. It has a thicker consistency to it so it lingers on your top layer of skin longer. I consider it a great winter oil or sitting in an air conditioned office all day oil. It will withstand the dryness in the air that’s why I use it after or at the end of my shower time. Pat dry w your shower towel and you are moisturized all night or all day at work. It is also ok to use on your face just use smaller amount because it does spread nicely.
