Cooking my overgrown sourdough bagettes in this little gem - perfect!

Love this. I have made several breads and they all come out perfect.Just remember to use parchment paper when baking so it doesn’t stick.

Keeps a good shape for the soft, wobbly, wet dough and the cover creates a little oven with just the right environment to turn out perfect loaves. Love this baker!!

the ciabatta bread baker worked great its the cook that needs more practice. May try french bread in it too.
