HA. - Only western my Uncle and Aunt made. This is not the Don Henley from the Eagles. I miss my Uncle Donald. R.I.P. Review: Not the easiest movie to watch and the lead characters are despicable - This is not your average western. In fact, most of the main characters are all worthless and your greatest enjoyment comes from watching the others manage to make them pay for their actions. But it's got a fair plot and the actors really do their job making you hate them. An interesting piece of trivia is that, though she's barely visible and plays a boy, Leif Garrett's sister (Dawn Lyn, at a very young age) is in the movie at the beginning. Her father and mother (and Leif's) play (respectively) one of the lead characters (a real creep) and the woman he murders, taking the term "family movie" to an entirely new level.

Not the easiest movie to watch and the lead characters are despicable
This is not your average western. In fact, most of the main characters are all worthless and your greatest enjoyment comes from watching the others manage to make them pay for their actions. Just Try to Look Away!
A horse-less, pants-less Native American man stalks the psychotic gang who murdered his family. Traveling at a stroll and occasionally breaking into a leisurely jog, he is able to easily overtake a group of men on horseback. The film features tarantula stomping, snowball throwing, an extra long loincloth, and perhaps the worst knife fight ever seen on screen. Much of this movie is just crap, hampered no doubt by the lack of a decent budget. The pacing is dreadful and the acting is spotty…and yet…I gave it 3 stars. Part of the allure is that of the old "so bad it is entertaining" school, but the film comes close to redeeming itself near the end when our Apache hero catches up to the gang and exacts a calculated revenge on each miscreant - seriously, some of his executions are elaborate enough to have been dreamed up by a Bond villain.

Lousy movie
If there were a 1/2 star I would even rate it that way. The movie had no plot. The voices were delayed so bad that the movie was over and the characters were still having a dialogue. I had to watch it for an online class and was greatly disappointed because I could not get any vital information from the movie.

The worst murderer doesn't know what torture is 'till he is tortured by an Apache.
Joel McCrea plays the main role in this saga of a ruthless gold prospector. It tells thje story of an evil gang of murderers who kill a group of Apaches and kidnap one remaining woman ,and threaten to cut her throat if she doesn't lead them to the place where the Apaches find their gold. They are stopped in their tracks as an Apache, who comes upon their carnage, vows to revenge their drunken murderous spree. This has all the signs of a Spaghetti Western, but was actually filmed in the Sequoia National Forest in Arizona. While this band of murderers are continually at one another's throats;but they really haven't tasted real violence until one by one the Apache, Cry Blood, meets out Indian Style revenge. Some of the scenes portrayed, as he grabs one murderer and shows him that there are easy ways one can be killed and there is the Apache way where an evil doer will beg for death to end the torture and eventful death he will endure.A man can be drowned or killed by a rattler, but that is nothing till you see how an Apache goes about revenging evil on his friends. Some have criticized the quality of the DVD,but I found it excellent and as to the enjoyment of the movie itself...well it is as good as it can get;and far better than any western that I've seen released in the past many years.

Good Service
Wasn't sure what to expect of movie. Quality of picture was poor & wasn't much of a story line. Service from Amazon was exactly as promised & right on time.

Cry Blood Apache
This was an excellent blending of both father & son, in order to tell a story.

Very very badly made movie
The picture is bad, acting is terrible and sound awful. It has no music but very annoying noise. Plot is stupid and has illogical ending. Not worth a dime.

Un réalisme époustouflant pour ce film du Far West américain. Les couleurs sont sublimes, le jeu des acteurs est très réel. On est pris dans l'action et la fin du film arrive trop vite.

I too bought this because Joel McCrea's name is associated with it. Very disappointing, not what I thought it would be, the main character is played by Joel McCrea's son JODY McCREA with about 2 x 30 sec of JOEL McCREA (at a ripe old age) at the beginning and the end of the film. The story is pretty weak and predictable, the dialogue could have been written by anyone and the acting was fairly mediochre NOT A GOOD CHOICE AT ALL.

I bought this becuse Joel McCrae's name is assiciated with it. However, he is only seen at the very beginning and the end and the rest is average and mundane. It is uninteresting and dull. I wasted my money and McCrae's name was used to deceive people into buying this.
