Its an excellent product for the price. Got no issues until now. Have been using it with my PlayStation 4 for gaming and with my laptop and got no problems at all.

The overall sound quality is acceptable, but the material used for the ear cushions is extremely poor. The coating started peeling off within just a few hours of use, completely unacceptable for a product at this price point.

Very Satisfied

The headset performance meets and beats the expectations of a 57$ headset. Very clear sounds for music, movies also gaming. Where it lacks is the build quality, after only 5 months the headset broke off where you extend and retract. It just popped off. Now its dangling and can do 360s around itself lol. So please do hesitate when buying this headset, you may not think of build quality as much as sound quality, but trust me it is important. Sound quality for the price input/output: 7.5/10 Build quality: 3/10

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incroyable casque JBL Quantum 810 – Le meilleur que j’ai testé ! C’est mon 5ᵉ casque PC, toutes marques confondues, et je peux vous assurer que le JBL Quantum 810 surpasse tous les précédents. Je suis vraiment impressionné par la qualité globale du produit. ➡️ L’insonorisation est incroyable : on est totalement coupé du bruit ambiant, ce qui permet une immersion totale en jeu ou en musique. ➡️ Le son est puissant et précis : grâce au logiciel JBL, on peut régler les profils audio (mode FPS, musique, basses profondes, etc.) en quelques clics. Le rendu sonore est ultra immersif, notamment en jeu. ➡️ Le micro est top : réglable, clair, sans parasites, avec un retour de voix intégré qui permet de s’entendre parler sans hausser le ton – super pratique. ➡️ Confort absolu : les coussinets englobent bien les oreilles, l’arceau est rembourré, aucun point de pression. Je peux le porter pendant des heures sans aucune gêne. ➡️ Le logiciel JBL Quantum Engine est très complet : égaliseur, profils personnalisés, gestion du RGB, tout est simple à configurer. ➡️ Connexion sans fil fluide, très bonne portée, et l’autonomie est largement suffisante pour plusieurs sessions de jeu. Franchement, je ne lui trouve aucun défaut pour l’instant. Il est beau, bien conçu, performant, et très agréable à utiliser. Que ce soit pour le gaming, les appels ou la musique, il fait tout parfaitement. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour un casque vraiment premium. Je recommande à 100 % !

Ürünü yaklaşık 9 aydır kullanıyorum. Bu zamana kadar sorun yaşamadım. Her ne kadar ses kalitesini çok beğenmesem de işimi görüyordu. Ta ki geçen haftaya kadar. Nasıl olduysa bilmiyorum, kulaklığı usb ses kartıyla kullandığımda bilgisayarım IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL hatası verip kapanıp durdu. İşletim sistemim göçtü. 3-4 gün pc ile uğraştım. Verilerimi zar zor kurtardım. Sorun USB ses kartıyla alakalı. Garanti incelemesi için Aztek firmasına başvurdum. Bakalım sonuç ne olacak. Ayrıca ses tekerleğini sonuna kadar çevirdiğimde ses bir miktar kısılıyor. Sanırım tekerlek te arızalandı.

Build quality is fantastic and the sound performance is really exceptional compared to some cheap ones I have that cost less than half this price. I really like the feature to lift the mic up to mute, really handy when in work teams meetings so I can walk away from the screen but still able to un-mute myself when needed. Battery life is really good as well, especially once you turn off the leds, which of course look nice but are completely pointelss if you are sat home alone. The only small gripe I have found with them is that when the noise cancelling is turned on there is a buzzing sound when using the 2.4ghz, which is not noticeable at all when you are listening to music or playing a game etc. but when it is silent the buzz is there. its not enough to detract from using them though at all and I really do highly recommend them.

Der Kopfhörer liefert einen Bombensound, den man zudem über die sehr zuverlässig laufende Anwendung stark individualisieren kann. Rundumklang wird auf Wunsch ebenso geboten wie ein Equalizer. Die Verarbeitung ist super, der Kopfhörer kommt massiv daher. Auch die Verpackung ist sehr aufwändig gestaltet. Alle Kabel sind mit Gewebeband überzogen. Auf Wunsch kann der Hörer mit Kabel betrieben werden. Die Abschirmung gegenüber der Außenwelt ist sehr stark. Mein Primärkopfhörer ist es nicht geworden, weil mein Kopf ein bisschen zu groß ist. Zwar passt die Größenanpassung am Bügel, aber der Druck ist für meinen Kopf etwas zu kräftig. Das ist Geschmackssache und ich bin ein Sensibelchen mit großem Kopf. :p Da JBL nichts für einen Zweimetermann mit Breitschädel kann, gibt es trotzdem die vollen fünf Sterne.
