MARENA Stage 1 Panty-Length Girdle with High-Back, Hook-and-Eye Front Closure, Accessible Crotch – Tummy Control Post Surgery

I ordered this a week ago. When it came the zippers came down the side, which was not in the product description or image. It should pull up and should only have hooks on the front of the crotch. I ordered a replacement and the same exact thing happened. Now I need this garment but I don't have time to order another replacement. I hope they will make it right by ordering a complimentary replacement. Edit: The Marena support team quickly got back to me and were able to explain the issue they were having with two listings being merged by Amazon. They sent me a full refund and I was able to order the right product. All of the martens garnets I’ve used have been extremely high quality!

I used this toward the end of my diastases repair. It was the 2nd style garment I bought because the first one became too big as my body healed and the swelling went down. I measured my torso and used their size chart and my fit was perfect. It offered the support I didn’t realize I was no longer getting from the other garment, which was now too big. I felt brand new when I put this on and it made getting around and being productive so much easier. One thing to consider though if you will be wearing this after abdominal surgery is the bottom snaps and there is NO WAY I would have been able to bend to snap and unsnap to use the restroom right after the surgery. So, for your immediate post-op garment, I’d recommend one that goes to your mid thigh and has an opening so you can easily just sit on the toilet and go. Then as you heal and need a tighter fit, switch to this one because it closes at the bottom and you can wear loose fitting dresses or shorts without worrying about everyone seeing your private parts and you won’t see the thigh undergarments sticking out the bottom of your dress or shorts. Hang in there, the recovery is hard, but having the right undergarment will make healing a lot easier!

This is an excellent fit! It’s comfortable and much easier to close on the bottom than what my surgeon gave me. The only problem is I sweat in it more.. (compared to one I got from my surgeon)

Wonderful compression for post abdominoplasty. It is a firm compression, and does not lose its elasticity.
