Does the 2 year replacement plan amazon offers on this item cover fire damage?

Funny, but I am being offered 2 and 3 year replacement plans after adding to cart. Hmm...

Traeger states that using other pellets will void the warranty. The manufacturer of these pellets states otherwise. Anyone have anything to say about this?

As the other answers stated, they can't void the warranty for not using their brand. That said, my experience with Traeger warranty service (which was always excellent) is that you call in and they send you the parts and instructions for a DIY field repair. No one has ever asked me what kind of pellets I use.

Any know if these pellets will work in a RecTec smoker?

I've been using these for 5 years in my RecTec pellet smoker - no issues. Like the other poster said, if you order pellets directly from RecTec, this is the brand you get
