I guess I should have paid attention to the “warmth” in the title. I was hoping for some heat but I could barely feel the warmth. It was more like a 1 setting on a regular heating pad. Very disappointing especially given the price.I agree with others in the beads falling to the sides but I was able to distribute them fairly evenly. I would have kept it were it not for the fact that it was barely warm in the highest setting.

I bought this as a gift for one of my brothers to use after surgery to repair his neck & upper back vertebrae. So I won't know how it works until he notifies me that he has tried it. But it looked perfectly suited for his surgical needs, it fits the neck, shoulders, & back.

Product is very soft to touch but as for the heating aspect of it didn't get as hot as I thought;barely warm

This heating pad very soft. It can keep shoulder warm and relax.
