Not your grandaddy's bedroll
As a disclaimer this is not a small bedroll once it is put together. I have a coleman cot pad, sheet set, and a fleece blanket and duvet along with the pillow rolled up and it is a fairly large system but zips up well with everything in it. Fits nicely on a variety of camp cots and bunk beds. Canvas and straps are of great quality. Only thing that would be nice is a carry strap to help tote around.

Little pricey but worth the investment.
Lots of room inside for a sleeping pad that came with Coleman cot, sleeping bag rated 35 degrees, packable blanket, mylar tarp, and heating blanket. Even tho my sleeping bag is rated to keep me alive at 35 and not comfortable the bedroll pushes the comfort of my sleeping bag into the upper 20s. I started sleeping without a heater at night and just crawl inside this bedroll. Now my wife wants one and likes how it keeps everything together and easy to pack. Only disadvantage it does take room when you transport in your vehicle love how it matches our springbar tent too. Maybe a double sided zipper would help to unzip from the inside but does have a large rubber tab to help with that. Still experimenting with different sleep system setups like use of a wool blanket but the bedroll is a definite camp essential.

A very good bedroll
So, I used this in combination with one of them green army surplus wool blankets, and a quilt, on top of a Coleman XL camping cot due to space restrictions. This setup was my bed for about a year. VERY comfortable and VERY warm. I have no complaints about the bedroll, it's quite heavy duty. Well made fabric and zippers too!! Based on feeling I can tell that it's water and wind resistant, and the flannel lining on the bottom is a nice touch. I didn't try this myself yet, but I like that you can slide a sleeping pad between the flannel liner and the canvas on the bottom. I'd buy it again but I think the one I already have will last me a decade or two.

It’s a bit overpriced
I love this bed roll, comes with a fleece sheet attached. I get the price;due to the way it’s built. Huge zippers. I put a foam mattress inside,a few wool blankets a memory foam pillow, and a 0 degree sleeping bag inside roll it up *add camping supplies if needed* I’ve used this thing for all seasons and its great just add layers and padding.

Fantastic Cavalry Bedroll: just remember what that means!
Keep in mind this is a cavalry bedroll (think horses), not a backpackers bedroll.Yes it can be rolled up tight and relatively small, but it is not in my opinion suitable for backpacking. I use it as a standard for my Bushcrafting adventures and dispersed camping, but I don't have to carry it for miles. It is meant to keep the elements out and my sleep system inside it dry, it does that very well.I have used a wool blanket, an over quilt, a blanket with my over quilt, and a 0 degree sleeping bag as the weather has gotten colder here in Minnesota. It worked well with them all.The flannel lining does a great job holding my sleep pad. FYI: the pad has to be slipped in from the bottom, so you will need to unzip both sides, pull it all the way open, inflate your sleep pad and slide it in. it isn't always convenient, just be aware. I would also recommend a rectangular sleeping pad not a pad for a mummy bag. you have lots of space in it and room for your legs to slip off the pad or room for the pad to angle, leaving you cold on the ground. The zippers are sturdy as is the fabric and all stitching, the head flap can be brought down over your head which is pretty much inside the bag already unless you are nearly 7 feet tall.If that is what you are looking for then this is a great Bedroll.

Not tough enough
For spending 234$ on this I didn’t expect the canvas to tear away from the nylon straps when tightening it up. So be very gentle when trying to secure the canvas cover when rolling it up. Very disappointing.
