I ordered Silipos brand first. Then I ordered a cheaper brand. Don't waste your money on the cheaper brand. Plus your wait to receive this cheaper band will be much longer. Coming from China.The Silipos brand insoles are very comfortable. I walk on concrete flooring all day for my job. These insoles eased my foot pain from arthritis. I highly recommend paying the money for the Silipos brand. They work. Also they are easy to insert into your shoe. The cheaper brand is difficult. I have already ordered another pair.

Too narrow and too short
When my podiatrist recommended these for my flat feet, and my disappearing fat pad . I was excited. I’ve been in pain for months. I ordered according to my size and the reviews I read. For me, I wear an 8.5W. These are made for M and a dress shoe. They were very comfortable on the heel and metatarsals. But my toes were miserable and my big toe was being pushed into the top of the shoe.I’m very disappointed. These will work great if you’re an M. I have to return them.
